Start with a clear plan. Not an overnight switch.
A defined scope, a clear setup and a shared decision about when to start.
Four steps, shaped around your operation.
Check the fit
Share the property type, PMS, room or property count and the work you want to connect.
Prepare the setup
Prepare properties, staff access, task rules and checklists. Confirm the connection requirements.
Review a limited scope
Agree the workflows and people involved. Keep messages, charges and access controls separate from booking import.
Begin the agreed work
Confirm responsibilities and expand only the workflows you are ready to introduce.
Know what you are keeping, and what you are changing.
A walkthrough can show the product before you connect anything. A trial with your PMS needs its own access and operating conditions; it is not the same as viewing a demo.
Before starting, agree how duplicate work and duplicate guest messages will be avoided. Also check the available exports and what needs to be disconnected if you stop using the service.
Timing depends on your data, integrations, devices and training needs. Implementation and external costs are discussed separately from software access.
